Selenium+Zinc: is a base complex of antioxidants primary containing vitamins A, B6, C and E, as well as the trace elements zinc and selenium. These substances are the key elements in the framework of the fight against free radicals that put our natural defence system constantly in danger. The superiority of free radicals compared to our own antioxidants leads inevitably to a situation of oxidative stress.
The combination synergy of the dietary supplement Selenium+Zinc is the ideal and has a good biological availability.
Pharma Nord has developed a preparation of yeast organic and standardized to a very high quality base of 70 % of selenomethionine, which is used here as a source of selenium in the product Selenium+Zinc. It is this organic form that it absorbs better.
Has an international level, it advocates a recommended daily allowance (RDA) of 50 to 200 micrograms of selenium per day. The Superior Council of Hygiene recommends 70 micrograms per day. Nutrition average in the north of Europe (also the netherlands and Belgium) contains more or less than 45 micrograms.
