Preparation tips :
- For bottle-feeding: add 1 to 3 teaspoons clear to a bottle of 200 ml of warm milk, close the bottle, roll it between your hands and shake it.
- For the porridge: pour 160 ml of warm milk in a soup plate, add 7 to 8 tablespoons clear and mix.
