Adults: 2 to 6 tablets per day, 15 min. after the meal

or 3 x 5 g of powder (or 1 teaspoon) diluted in water

Children 1-3 years: 3 x 2.5 g of powder (or half a teaspoon)

or 1 to 3 tablets per day

Babies: 5 g of powder (or 1 teaspoon) per day
