Vidisic Gel Oculaire 10g

Vidisic/Vidisic EDO contains an active substance, the carbomère. This medication is a gel for the eye. It is used to treat dryness of the eye caused by a decrease in tears, or when the eyelids do not close completely. This medicine is also known as : ‘artificial tears’.

• The active substance is carbomère 980 : 2 mg per g of gel.

• The other components of Vidisic are the cetrimde, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, water for injection.

• The other components of Vidisic EDO are sorbitol, sodium hydroxide, water for injection.

The recommended dose is :

1 drop in each eye 2 to 3 times per day, or following doctor's advice.
