Dry extract of the bark of Salix alba (white willow) 85 mg, powder of nut of Myristica fragrans (nutmeg) 50 mg, powder of leaves of Laurus nobilis (bay leaf) 45 mg powder leaves of Picea mariana (black spruce) 30 mg bark powder Salix alba (white willow) 20 mg, powder of leaves of Salix alba (white willow) 10 mg.

Children 6 to 8 years: 2 times daily 1 capsule.
Children 9 to 12 years: 2 to 3 times per day 1 capsule.
Children 13 to 17 years: 3 times daily 1 capsule.
Adults: 1 capsule in the morning, 2 capsules at noon and 1 capsule in the evening.
To obtain maximum effectiveness: take or capsules 10 minutes before meals with a glass of water. In the case of a sensitive stomach: take or capsules during the meal.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: a half-dose.
