For nasal and ocular hygiene: Can be used daily for nasal and eye hygiene, at a rate of 1 to 6 washes per day, as needed. For the hygiene of the nose: In instillation or washing for dry or congested nose Tilt your head back. Introduce the tip into the nostril and gently press the single-dose. Repeat for the other nostril. Straighten the head to let the phlegm flow, then wipe the excess. Do not blast violently within 10 minutes of administration. In infants, instill the product with minimal pressure to avoid any risk of contamination of the middle ear. For eye hygiene: In instillation, washing or bathing If treatment with eye drops, wait 15 minutes before instillation.Do not use the same unit for nasal and ocular use.
