However, if the shiitake undergoes a process of fermentation, then its active components, the “beta-1,3/1,6-glucans” are transformed into \"alfaglucanes\" smaller and easier to absorb, which can act even more in-depth. SHIITAKE PLATINUM contains such an extract of shiitake mushrooms and fermented.

230 mg of a concentrated extract of Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) fermented with a minimum of 10% of alfaglucanes (AHCC® or Active Hexose Correlated Compound®) in a complex with e. a. alfacyclodextrine for optimal absorption ( = 500 mg of active per capsule)

2 capsules per day, preferably at breakfast and dinner, to be taken with a glass of water. To support intense, start with 3 times 2 capsules for at least 3 weeks.
