HOW TO TAKE IT

You can take Supradyn®on a daily basis throughout the year. It is recommended to take before or after meals and preferably in the morning at breakfast. Dissolve an effervescent tablet in a glass of water (250ml) and drink it immediately. The tablets should be taken with a large amount of water (250ml).
