Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to normal heart function. OM3 has selected a fish oil rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids, in particular EPA and DHA. Omega-3s are called essential because they cannot be manufactured by the body. This formula based on oil of wild fish rich in Omega 3 brings you daily 450 mg* Omega 3 including :
- 240 mg* EPA
- 150 mg* DHA
Nutrient intake recommended is 250 mg EPA+DHA per day.
