80 mg dry extract of Rhamnus purshianus (Cascara sagrada) bark
75 mg dry extract of Aloe Ferox (Aloe) leaf
50 mg dry extract of Rhamnus Frangula (Buckthorn) bark
195 mg of magnesium sulfate
Cellulose, colloidal silica, talc, magnesium stearate

2 to 3 tablets per day taken separated. Not to exceed 10 consecutive days.
