Oesterkalk (calcium oyster): calcium oyster (Ca 400 mg) 1200 mg, vitamin D 2.5 µg.
Oesterkalk puts magnesium (calcium oyster magnesium): calcium oyster shell 600 mg (200 mg of Ca++ elemental), vitamin D3 2.5 µg, Mg 100 mg.

1 to 2 tablets per day, taken with plenty of water during the meal or before bedtime.
