Clinical studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of the dressing. The silicone gel relieves itching, makes the scar more smooth and reduces redness. Silicone medical smooth the scar and limit the evolution.

The treatment is effective on hypertrophic scars (red-coloured) or keloid (labrum fibrous firm and thick), both ancient and recent.

The silicone dressing self-adhesive Cerederm is strongly recommended in the context of preventative treatment of wounds closed and scars after surgery. The specific models (in form of anchor and crown) are especially appropriate for the follow-up postoperative cases of reconstruction and increase breast.

In order to guarantee an optimal efficiency, it is imperative that Cerederm covers the scar more than an inch. The dressing must be worn daily for 2 to 6 months.

Application procedure:

Clean and dry the scar.

Remove the dressing from its packaging and cut out the need for a way to get the exact size. Then, remove the protective film.

Position the front sticker on the scar.

Remove the dressing at least once a day in order to control it.

Clean the scar and the bandage in the middle of a neutral soap and change the bandage.
