1. Remove the protective cap by pulling it towards the front.
2. Exert several pressures consecutive until the first spray.
3. Do 3 sprays to the back of the throat.

Rinse the nozzle under warm water after each use and dry it. Replace the protective cap.By measure of hygiene, use only one device per person.Do not let the reach and sight of children. Use in the 6 months following the first spray. Do not use:
