Magnesium also contributes to muscle function normal.

Oxide, magnesium marine, anti-caking agents : calcium phosphates, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide, agents de charge : cellulose microcrystalline and carboxymethyl-cellulose sodium, taurine, hydrolyzed rice protein, coating agents : hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and stearic acid, vitamin B6.

1 to 2 tablets per day to swallow with a glass of water.
