VISTA-Cal D - When to use?

VISTA-Cal D is used in cases of increased need for calcium and vitamin D. These cases may occur in the following situations :

• In women, early menopause, supplementation of calcium and vitamin D is almost always indicated to maintain strong bones.
• In the elderly, men and women, who go out little, the lack of sun reduces the reserves of vitamin D. In addition, their calcium needs are higher.
• During periods of high growth of the skeleton (teenagers for example), or especially if you eat some milk and cheese.
• Pregnancy is also a period during which the needs are increased.

VISTA-Cal D - Administration

Quantity

1 tablet per day.

Doctors or pharmacists can adjust the dosage according to the average amount of dairy products consumed each day.

The tablet can be taken with or without food.

At what time of the day ?

VISTA-Cal can be taken at any time of the day, preferably during meals.

For how long ?

It is recommended to elderly people and postmenopausal women to take VISTA-Cal D in the longer term.

VISTA-Cal D - Composition

VISTA-Cal D is a supplement of calcium + vitamin D

1 tablet of VISTA-Cal D contains 500 mg of elemental calcium and 20 mcg vitamin D (800 u. i.).

VISTA-Cal D does not contain sugar, sweetener, salt, gluten, or products derived from genetic manipulations. Vista-Cal D is kosher.

VISTA-Cal D also contains a corrector of acidity, which promotes dissolution in the stomach and the assimilation of calcium by the formation of calcium citrate.
