ERGYSTÉROL provides fibre and contains plant sterols-recognized for their contribution in the maintenance of cholesterol levels normal. The beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of at least 800 mg of plant sterols.

ERGYSTÉROL is also rich in vitamin C, which contributes to protect cells against oxidative stress.

Powder of opuntia (Opuntia ?cus-indica), plant sterols, pine (Pinus sp.), vitamin C, extract of grape (Vitis vinifera) [sulphites], anti-caking agent : vegetable magnesium stearate.

• Attack Phase (3 months) : 4 capsules per day.
