1 - for the warm up in the microwave :
Heat the pillow without its cover to 600-800 Watts for 60 seconds or 800-1000 Watts for 40 seconds.
Shake the cushion is heated to evenly distribute the heat.
Follow the safety instructions of your device.
Observe the durations of heating as indicated. Longer durations may damage the product.
If your pillow is too hot, allow to cool before use.

2 - For heating in a conventional oven
Heat the pillow without its cover at 80°C for 10 minutes maximum.
If the cushion is too hot, let it cool before using it
