100% pure essential oils and natural: Lavandin super, Wood of Hô, Eucalyptus expunged, Niaouli, Rosemary, Eucalyptus essential oil, Ravintsara, Peppermint, Clove, Tea-tree.

Tips:
• In friction local?: 3 to 5 drops on the chest and back, 2 times a day.
For sensitive skin, dilute AROMAFORCE to 50% in a vegetable oil, soft (sweet almond, macadamia, avocado, ...)
• Diffused in the air?: place a few drops in a diffuser to enjoy the benefits of essential oils (clean air, breathing easy).
• In inhalation?: place a few drops in a container of simmering water, and breathe 5 to 10 minutes by covering the eyes.
• Use oral?: 1 to 4 drops in honey, a vegetable oil or on a sugar to sweeten and refresh the irritated throat.
