Thedry extract of olive(Olea europaea) contains polyphenols including hydroxytyrosol. Hydroxytyrosol is the most potent antioxidant and radical-scavenging present in nature. The olive leaf(Olea europaea) is mainly composed of oleuropéine, polyphenols and esters.
