Dietary supplement that brings the DiAminOxydase (DAO) of animal origin. The DAO helps to digest the histamine exogenous and prevents the resultant disadvantages (histamine intolerance).

What are the foods rich in histamine? Red wine, sparkling wine (including the champagne), chocolate, hard cheeses, sauerkraut, tuna (or other canned fish), salami, raw meat, tomatoes, ketchup, spinach, eggplants, seafood, and fish.

What are the foods liberators of histamine? Strawberries, citrus, kiwi, bananas, chocolate, shellfish, and crustaceans. Also pay attention to the preservatives and flavor enhancers (for example, the glutamates).

What are the inhibitors of DAO (DiAminOxydase) and what are the factors inhibiting the DAO? Drugs, alcohol, stress, hormonal fluctuations ...

Take 1 to 2 capsules with a little water just before the meal. If necessary, you can open the capsule and mix its content in the food or in a drink.
