Vicks Expectorant Miel 180 ml

Syrup cough medicine in the guaïfénésine for the symptomatic treatment of disorders recent of the airways associated with problems sputum (cough).

The use of this syrup cough medicine is against-indicated in children under 6 years of age.

The treatment should be as short as possible (maximum 4 to 5 days).

If the cough persists for more than 4 to 5 days, the clinical condition of the patient must be reassessed by a physician.

- With measuring cup for accurate dosing.
- Shake before use.

The guaïfénésine:

• Promotes the expectoration in rendering the bronchial secretions more fluid: this can result in a calming effect of
cough.

Vicks Expectorant honey:

• Syrup viscous. Guarantee contact with the surface of the throat. This power \"covering\" specific syrup vis-à-vis the surface of the throat gives rise to a sensation of rapid efficiency.

Oral Administration:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 15 ml (200 mg guaïfénésine)
3 to 4 times per day. Not more than 30 ml (400 mg guaïfénésine) per dose and not more than 120 ml (1600 mg guaïfénésine) per 24 hours.

• Children 6 to 12 years: 10 ml (133 mg guaïfénésine) 3 to 4 times per day. Not more than 15 ml (200 mg guaïfénésine) per dose and not more than 60 ml (800 mg guaïfénésine) per 24 hours.
