Plaster : apply the clay directly on the skin in a thickness of 1 to 2 cm, let stand 1 to 2 hours.

A poultice : to deposit the clay about 2 cm thickness at the centre of the cloth, fold the 4 corners and apply directly to the desired location. In both cases, remove the maximum of clay, rinse off with warm water. Do not let dry clay.
