Mode of employment:

Prior to the effort is A exercise is often preceded by a warm-up. The intake of carbohydrates and additional water during the warm-up can have a positive effect on the performance of a duration of at least 1 hour. The use of approximately 1 dose of SportsControl 2Win during the warm-up can positively influence endurance performance.

During exercise The recommended intake of carbohydrates during the effort rises from 0.5 to 1.3 grams of carbohydrates per kg of body weight per hour. For sports activities recreation of a duration of 1 to 2 hours of light physical activity of longer duration, an intake of 0.5 grams of carbohydrates per kg per hour is enough. This corresponds to an intake of 30 to 35 grams of carbohydrates per hour, which is equivalent approximately to a dose of SportsControl 2Win (=35 grams of carbohydrates) diluted in 500ml of solution. The same dose can also be used during exercise or muscle training, fitness usual for example. However, in the case of practice of an endurance sport in a context oriented towards performance, and if the effort lasts longer than 90min, it is advisable to take 1 to 1.3 grams of carbohydrates per kg of body weight per hour. After exercise Despite the absorption of carbohydrates and water before and/or during an effort, the body usually needs water and carbohydrates, additional after the effort, in order to restore its reserves. A sufficient consumption of carbohydrates, water and salt (sodium) during the 3 to 4 first hours following an intensive effort can provide a significant boost to the recovery. After effort of 1 to 2 hours in a recreational context, taking 1 to 2 doses of SportsControl 2Win during the first hour following the effort will usually be sufficient. However, after having provided long-term efforts, and depending on the nature of the effort (duration and intensity), it is recommended to take 1 to 4 doses of SportsControl 2Win within the first 4 hours of recovery after the effort.
