The wound dressing 3M Tegaderm Foam is a wound dressing hydrocellulaire non-adhesive highly absorbent, designed for the treatment of superficial wounds to deep, slightly-to-heavily exuding. This dressing non-adhesive with a pad of polyurethane foam having capacity of absorption high, without increase of volume, and is covered with a film of polyurethane permeable to air. This film forms a barrier against outside contamination and prevents leakage of exudate. The bandage 3M? Tegaderm? Foam can long remain in place and thus allows an economic use. The dressing helps maintain a moist environment, promoting optimal wound healing.
