Internal use:

Children: 5 to 10 drops 2 times per day, to dilute in orange juice sweet or a sweet tea.
Adults: 10 to 15 drops 2 to 3 times per day, to dilute in orange juice sweet or a sweet tea.

External use:

In the form of inhalation dry: 5 to 10 drops on a handkerchief (multiple times per day).
In the form of inhalation, wet: 15 to 30 drops in a bowl of boiling water (2 to 3 sessions of inhalation per day with an inhaler).
