Clears the nose. Beneficial for the throat and ears.

True thyme (Thymus vulgaris), niaouli (Melaleuca viridiflora), cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), green tea (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze).

Children 6 to 8 years: 2 times daily 1 capsule.

Children 9 to 12 years: 2 to 3 times per day 1 capsule.

Children 13 to 17 years: 3 times daily 1 capsule.

Adults: 1 capsule in the morning, 2 capsules at noon and 1 capsule in the evening.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding: a half-dose for a maximum of 4 days.

To obtain maximum effectiveness: take or capsules 10 minutes before meals with a glass of water. In the case of a sensitive stomach: take or capsules during the meal.
