Use

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and do not administer to children under 3 years of age.

Children 3 to 4 years:7.5 ml, 2 to 3x per day

Children 5 to 11 years old:15ml, 2 to 3x per day

Adults and adolescents from the age of 11:15ml, 3 to 4x per day

Ingrendients (per 100ml):

Fluid extract of plantain (Plantago lanceolata) 8.25 g; sweetening agent: sorbitol; Preservative: sodium benzoate; high Viscosity: xanthan gum; Ingredient taste: essential oil of Eucalyptus radiata, Alc 1.5 percent vol; purified Water. Without sugar.
