Clinical studies have shown that glucosamine can relieve pain in cases of osteoarthritis of the knee, mild to moderate. Its effects are usually felt after a few weeks of treatment. In the absence of improvement of symptoms after 2 to 3 months, continued treatment with glucosamine should be re-examined.
It is advisable to refer to the manual to know the mode of administration, DONACOM® and consult a physician to exclude joint diseases for which other treatment would be possible.

The contents of a packet?dose (corresponding to 1.178 mg of glucosamine) must be dissolved in a glass of water (about 250ml) and taken once per day, preferably during a meal. Glucosamine should not be used in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
