Sedistress Sleep is a herbal medicinal product used for the relief of nervous tension, mild, and sleep disorders.

You should talk to your doctor if you do not feel any improvement or if you feel less well after 14 days

The active substance is dry extract from valerian root (Valeriana of icinalis L.). Each tablet contains 500 mg dry extract of valerian,which corresponds to 2 g – 3 g of the roots of valerian.

Extraction solvent :Ethanol 60 %V/V.

The other components are :

Tablet core:microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic decalciumanhydre,pregelatinized starch, silicecolloïdale anhydrous, magnesium stearate.

Tablet film coating:polyvinyl alcohol, dioxide detitane(E171), macrogol, talc, laquealuminiquecarmin indigo (E132), oxide defer red(E172), oxide defer black (E172).

The recommended dose for adults and adolescents over 12 years is :

For the relief of latension nerve slight, a tablet up to trois times per day.

For the relief of sleep disorders, one tablet a half-heureà an hour before lecoucher, preceded if necessary by taking a tablet during after evening.

Do not take more than 4 tablets per day.

The tablets are to be swallowed with a little water, without chewing.

Continued use of this medicine for 2 to 4 weeks is recommended in order to obtain an optimal effect.

If symptoms persist or worsen after 2 weeks of treatment, please consult your doctor.
