Hydrosorb is a wound dressing hydrogel, transparent, and self-adherent, consisting of polyurethane polymers, highly absorbent, and covered with a polyurethane film semi-permeable, water-resistant to germs and water. Thanks to the very high rate of humidity (approximately 60 %), Hydrosorb is a wet dressing from its application.
