Hydrosorb Comfort is a wound dressing hydrogel, transparent, and self-adherent consisting of polyurethane polymers is extremely absorbent, and covered with a polyurethane film semi-permeable, water-resistant to germs and water. Thanks to the very high rate of humidity (about 60 %), Hydrosorb Comfort is a wet dressing from its application.

The film adhesive that surrounds Hydrosorb Comfort ensures an excellent fixation. Its hydrophobic surface facilitates the toilet daily.
