Enzyme blend (amylase 1,400 units FCC, protease 41.000 units FCC, alpha-galactonase 300 units FCC, lipase 1.050 units FCC, phytase of 0.85 PU lactase 340 units FCC, invertase 1.500 INVU, maltase 16.050 units FCC, cellulase 1,750 units FCC) 354 mg, soy lecithin 50 mg, ginger root extract (Zingiber officinalis) 25 mg.

Former formula Similase Total:
Enzyme blend (amylase, protease, sucrase, lactase, lipase, maltase, cellulase) 354 mg, extract of dandelion root (Taraxacum officinalis) 5 mg.

Similase Total also contains ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) to support digestion.

It is better to give preference to the plant enzymes (derived from fungi such as Aspergillus oryzae), rather than on the enzymes of animal origin. Contrary to enzymes of animal origin (only active in the pH rate limited), plant enzymes in Similase Total are active both in acid environments than in environments that are basic (pH of 2 to 12).
