Hydra-Max is a thirst quencher and refreshing isotonic, which fills quickly the gaps in the liquid and delays the onset of muscle fatigue. Appropriate for both athletes (high competition) to people practicing the sport recreationally.

Dosage: during exercise: 150 to 200 ml every 15 minutes.
Preparation: fill a water bottle (or other container) 500 ml of water and add 2 mesurettes powder (3 mesurettes for 750 ml). Shake the bottle until complete dissolution of the powder.
