The methylsulfonylmethane or MSM is a sulfur compound of organic origin. Sulfur is an essential substance in our body in the same way that oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, and carbon. It is present in all tissues with a high concentration albuminoïde, such as red blood cells, muscles, skin, hair, and nails.

The MSM is non-toxic and can be used without danger. The LD50 of MSM is 20 gr per kilo of body weight. As A comparison, the salt rises to 3 gr per kg.

Consuming too much MSM may cause stomach pain or intestinal. It is then sufficient to decrease the consumption.
