PiLeJe Omegabiane Poissons Des Mers Froides 100 Capsules Marines

This oil comes from the flesh of fish of the cold seas and brings two fatty acids : omega-3 EPA and omega 3 DHA which contribute to normal heart function.

3 capsules per day provide 225 mg of EPA and 150 mg DHA.
The effective dose of EPA and DHA is 250 mg/day.

It is therefore advisable to include foods sources of EPA and DHA in their daily diet (oils, rapeseed, walnut, cameline, fatty fish...).

Fish oil, capsule (fish gelatin, gelling agent : glycerol), antioxidant : natural extract of rosemary Rosmarinus officinalis (leaves).

1 to 3 capsules per day, to swallow with a glass of water, preferably during meals.

Duration of complementation : 1 to 3 months.

Conservation : in a cool and sec.
