The Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a yeast, non-colonising, i.e. which does not adhere to the intestinal wall. However, it can reach a high concentration in the intestine, and maintain that as a living form.
Cerevisia contains a yeast strain specific : Saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM I-3856, selected after years of research among 6000 strains.
This specific strain is registered with the National Collection of Cultures of Microorganisms (CNCM) in order to ensure the exclusive use of the strain patented in Cerevisia.
Different strains of yeasts Saccharomyces cerevisiae have long been used in the production of bread, yoghurt, wine and beer.
1 capsule per day in the morning during the meal with a glass of water. It is recommended to continue taking Cerevisia in the long term while having a good life hygiene.
