Supradyn® Vital 50+ contains

• 12 vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B11, B12, C, D3 , E)
• 9 minerals (calcium, copper, iron, iodine, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, zinc)
• as well as trace elements and ginseng extract with high quality.

Supradyn® Vital 50+ has been specially designed to provide the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants **, in a dosage adapted to the specific needs of the 50+.

• Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water (250 ml) and drink immediately.
• To be taken before or after meals and preferably in the morning at breakfast.
• Supradyn Vital 50+ can be taken every day during the whole year.
• In case of breastfeeding or pregnancy : do not exceed the recommended amount of vitamin A.
• The food supplements may not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
