Spirulina and Chlorella are two micro-algae that grow for millions of years in the pure water in the vicinity of the line of the Equator. These micro-algae are edible to humans. Therefore, you can consume like any other form of food. These micro-algae contain a wide range of nutrients : Vitamins, Minerals, trace elements (micro minerals), essential fatty Acids, Proteins, nucleic Acids (RNA and DNA), Chlorophyll and a wide range of phytochemicals. They offer the different nutrients the human body needs (theoretically, it would be possible to survive by not consuming these algae blooms).

Take 3X10 capsules with a little water during meals. It is recommended to increase the dose gradually based on the following scheme:
