Optifibre® is a dietetic food supplementary, fiber-enriched, in powder form. Contains 100% soluble fiber (guar gum partially hydrolyzed), supports and stimulates the intestinal transit natural. Optifibre® has no influence on the color, the smell, the taste and the consistency of the product in which it is dissolved. A measuring scoop of Optifibre® contains 5 g, of which 4.3 g of fiber.

Optifibre® is a dietetic food for the treatment of people with a bowel function is disturbed, such as constipation or diarrhea. Optifibre® is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.

Preparation and dosage: Dilute 1 measuring scoop clean slate (~= 5 g OptiFibre® ~= 4.3 g of soluble fiber) in 200 ml of liquid or 150 g of food into a purée. Stir until complete dissolution of the powder. OptiFibre® can be mixed into liquids hot and cold as well as in dishes, in mashed potatoes without influencing the taste or the consistency.

Recommended Dose: 5-25 g of OptiFibre® per day or according to medical prescription, increasing the dosage step by step, starting with 5 g per day. To ensure a dissolution optimal, do not use with carbonated beverages.
