Vivonex® T. E. N is a food for oral or tube, elementary, complete, in the form of powder. The proteins are composed of free amino acids. The power is absorbed completely. A packet of Vivonex® T. E. N. contains 80g and has a neutral taste.

Dietetic food for the nutritional needs in the short term in case of chylothorax severe, fistula, intestinal, in preparation to an operation of the gut, malabsorption and digestive disorders due to gastro-intestinal disorders. Can be used as an alternative to the power-polymeric if it is a question of a transit time of accelerated and/or malabsorption.

Vivonex® TEN enteral nutrition. System elemental (100% free amino acids). Low in fat content.

Important notice: Use under medical supervision. Intended for adult use. Not suitable for children as a complete diet. Can be used as the sole source of power. May not be used by the parenteral route (I. V.). When it is used as a tube feeding, do not add medications or other foods in the product.

Recommended Dosage: 6-10 bags per day as the sole source of power or according to the advice of a doctor or d?referral to a dietician.

Preparation: Shaker (recommended): Pour 250 ml (d?water in a shaker. Add 1 packet of Vivonex® T. E. N., close the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

Mix with a fork: Pour 250 ml into a container. Add while stirring 1 packet of Vivonex® T. E. N. mix Well for a few minutes to obtain clear solution.

The duration of dissolution is 5-10 minutes. It could be that there are still undissolved particles.

Prepared product must be sealed and consumed within 6 hours if kept at room temperature or 24 hours if kept in the refrigerator.

Conservation: Keep in a cool place and sec.

May contain traces of milk. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
