Fats are an essential fuel for muscles during endurance extended. L-carnitine plays an important role in the transport of fats in the muscles. The objective of the prolonged intake of L-carnitine is to increase the concentration of carnitine in the muscle.

Advice of use: Take 2x2 capsules per day from 4-6 months before an endurance performance important.

Take the capsules always in combination with a meal, snack or drink rich in carbohydrates and/or sugars.
