Mesorb is indicated for:

- the absorption of exudates for wounds heavily exuding in dressing primary,

- directly on the wound, or in addition to absorption on a other dressing-type interface (Mepitel, Mepilex Transfer, Melgisorb Plus) or the other.
- mechanical protection of the wound

Mesorb is designed to absorb and retain a large amount of exudate due to its absorbent pad of cellulose. The sail nonwoven, external hydrophobic and water-repellent, with edges protects the wound from external (outside) contamination and limit the leakage of exudates. Sail nonwoven, hydrophilic do not absorb exudate to reduce the risk of adhesion to the wound
