Mepore Film & Pad is hydrophobic, anti-viral and anti-bacterial (microbes than 25 nm). It is also transparent, which facilitates monitoring of the wound of the patient. A compress is very absorbent and a film highly permeable to steam to allow for excellent support of the exudate. The adhesive is gentle and respects the skin while providing a perfect mounting. Mepore Film & Pad is used to treat patients with low to medium exuding wounds, such as surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions.

Do not stretch during application. For proper adhesion, put a hand on the dressing for a few seconds.
Do not use Mepore Film & Pad in patients allergic to acrylic adhesives.
Take care to avoid to the maximum all the tension of the skin, because this can cause mechanical damage on the skin.
In accordance with the clinical practices, examine the wound for possible signs of infection. Do not use if inner package is damaged.
