URGO Burns is a wound dressing of the new generation: the matrix (hydrocolloid/petroleum jelly), soothes quickly the pain, stimulates the healing process (healing), does not adhere to the wound and ensures a removal/replacement of the dressing without pain (removal painless). A ready made dressing that is intended to be used in the context of burn superficial first and second degree.

This bandage is composed of 3 elements:
A matrix nonadhésive patented, hydrocolloid and airy consisting of a polyester mesh impregnated with two active substances, namely, the particles of hydrocolloid (carboxymethylcellulose) and petroleum jelly; this combination of active substances fast relief of pain, stimulates the healing process (scarring) and allows for gentle removal (5 x 5 cm);
An absorbent pad;
Support, hypoallergenic, comfortable and particularly soft that adapts to the movements of the patient while continuing to protect the wound.
