Insert a test strip into the reader. The symbols of the test strip and blood drop appear on the screen.

Place the drop of blood on the tip of the yellow part of the strip, not on it or on the window.

An hourglass flashing and an audible beep indicate that a sufficient blood has been deposited. If needed, remove a quantity of extra blood in 5 seconds.

The result is displayed after a few seconds on the screen.

In addition to the tests carried out at the fingertip, the Accu-Chek Aviva Nano allows the sampling sites alternative 1, such as the forearm, the palm of the hand and the bras1. The removal alternative requires a mounting plate special.
