Molaxole is een behandeling van constipatie waarvan het werkzame bestanddeel macrogol 3350 is, dat water bindt en het volume van de ontlasting vergroot, waardoor de stoelgang normaal wordt.

Molaxole bevat ook verschillende minerale zouten die helpen om de normale zout- en vochtbalans van het lichaam in evenwicht te houden.
