400 mg Magnesium (glycerofosfaat)
200 mg Taurine
200 mg Bamboe (Bambusa vulgaris)
16 mg Vitamine B3 (niacinamide)
6 mg Vitamine B5 - Pantotheenzuur (D-calciumpantothenaat)
3 mg Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana)
1,4 mg Vitamine B2 (riboflavine)
1,4 mg Vitamine B6 (pyridoxaal-5-fosfaat)
1,1 mg Vitamine B1 (cocarboxylase)
200 mcg Foliumzuur (folaat)

1 maatschep oplossen in water en innemen vóór het slapengaan.
Indien de therapiedosering hoger is dan bovenstaande adviesdosering is het aangeraden deze te verdelen over verschillende innamemomenten per dag en in te nemen een 1/2h vóór de maaltijd of 2h na de maaltijd.
